Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FileStation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FileStation provides an online storage space protected by a name and a password. Signing in opens a desktop holding the storage space's files, which anyone signed in may upload, preview, download, or delete, plus one shared note that everyone can edit together. Everyone signed into a storage space shares the same identity and the same permissions. Files and the note are kept until someone deletes them or deletes the storage space; each storage space is subject to a storage quota.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use FileStation to upload, share, or transmit:

  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Malware, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

FileStation is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of our service. You use it at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

FileStation and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of data, damages, or other liabilities arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
